General Shipping Terms and Conditions
NOTE: Please keep in mind that due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the measures introduced in different parts of the world, additional delivery slowdowns could be expected. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Shop for All Pets offers FREE worldwide ePacket shipping.
It takes up to three working days to fulfil your order and dispatch it. On average, it takes seven to 20 business days for your order to arrive, depending on the country or region you live in. We will do our best to ensure speedy and convenient delivery.
Keep in mind that local and national holidays may have an additional impact on delivery times.
At Shop for All Pets, we celebrate diversity. Our team works with vendors and manufacturers from multiple parts of the world. Since international shipping is taking place, delays could be inevitable every once in a while. Our shipping times are general guidelines but the specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
ePacket deliveries are currently possible in 40 countries and the list is constantly growing. Currently, you can benefit from ePacket delivery in the following countries and areas:
• France (you can only ship to some territories, including mainland codes of 01 to 95. Overseas territory shipping with ePacket is not allowed in France)
• Hong Kong
• Kazakhstan (currently in a trial run)
• New Zealand
• Saudi Arabia
• Spain (in testing for some cities)
• Thailand (currently in a trial run)
• The United Kingdom
• The United States (all states)
• Vietnam (in testing)
On average, US deliveries take anywhere between 15 and 25 business days from the date of shipment.
For most supported countries, the delivery times range from 10 to 20 business days with the following exceptions:
Mexico: 20 business days
Saudi Arabia, Russia and Ukraine: seven to 15 business days
A cancellation can be made only before the order is sent.
If the order hasn’t been shipped, a refund will be issued to the same payment method originally charged for the order. Keep in mind we will not recover PayPal fees or other charges related to the processing of the original payment.
If the order has been shipped, it will be the client’s responsibility to ship the order back and cover the return charges. Once the package is received, a refund will be issued.

How to Track Your Shop for All Pets Order?
You will receive your tracking ID?
The number can be used to track progress being made towards the delivery of your package. Utilize the “track your order” functionality on our homepage to get the important details.
Please allow anywhere between one to three working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
As a buyer, you’re fully responsible for making sure that the shipping address you’ve provided is an accurate one.
If you believe that you’ve made a mistake in entering your shipping address, contact us immediately by using the form on the Contact Us page. We will do our best to make the correction before your order gets dispatched.
Lost/Stolen Package Policy
Shop for All Pets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking info shows that the package has been delivered to your address but you haven’t received it, please contact the responsible local carrier using the tracking information.

Returns and Refunds
You are eligible for returning a product and getting a refund only in the following instances:
• If you receive a defective product
• If you receive a broken or damaged product
• If your product does not work properly (as explained in the product specs)
Our returns and refunds validity period is 10 days from the date of receiving your package.
If you receive such a product, let us know and we will inform you about returning the item and getting a refund.
Items that are returned need to be in their original condition with tags attached. Products must be returned in the original box with the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs on return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund you will receive covers solely the amount spent on the defective or damaged product itself.
Once the package is received, it will be processed and a refund is going to be issued upon the confirmation of its condition. Funds will go back to the original payment method charged for the purchase.
We do not offer product exchanges.
After you return a defective or damaged product and you receive a refund, you can order a new item from Shop for All Pets.
